Things to Keep in Mind

Next week the rankings will stand by themselves without any preseason stabilization. I've included the unstabilized ranks the last two weeks so you have an idea what kind of jumping around to expect if you team loses or comes up huge.

When the Memphis@Arkansas State game is rescheduled and then played, the data will be slotted into week 2, and the data will affect any rankings from that date forward, but I probably won't post retroactively-adjusted rankings for the weeks in between now and then.
